Where there's a will, there's a way my friend

Truly inspiring.

It's NSFW logic, anything can happen. But to answer your question legitimately, it could be like the characters from Madness Combat, their skin completely covers their mouth. Sanford, Deimos, Jebus and the zombies are the only characters that are seen without their skin covering their mouth. Hank, Tricky and the Auditor are the only characters besides Sanford and Deimos that have bought some kind of drink or food and have eaten it/drank it. So following that logic, I'm assuming mouthless characters can't suck dick unless you rip their skin off or they can just magically remove the skin from their mouth.

To add on to my previous comment, I realized it depends on if the characters actually look like that in their world (like from Madness Combat) or it's just the art style. In Madness Combat the characters actually function like how they look. In "An Experiment" a Grunt gets his floating hands separated from his body, causing him to glitch out and scrape his face off turning into Scrapeface and killing everyone it see's (An Experiment: https://youtu.be/wuFrq5e5WMU?si=-47kGGD1gdnnItXA) In Madness Combat 11: Expurgation, MAG Hank's PHYSICAL arm gets ripped off by Tricky, which is obviously impossible to do to another character since they all have floating hands (Madness Combat 11: Expurgation https://youtu.be/buExjuF27_4?si=pSWuJQHwYjvybrlK). The humans from Murder Drones don't actually look like glitchy shadow creatures with glowing eyes in the real world, they look like real humans. They only look like that because Cyn tried to erase the Disassembly Drone's memories. In conclusion, it all depends on if the characters are effected by the art style or not. And yes, that does mean Tessa can suck dick.
